Follow the engaging Bee-Bot robot into a variety of cross-curricular worlds both on-screen and off with the new Focus on Bee-Bot software and classroom mats. Classroom mats offer a great surface for Bee-Bot to run on and curriculum-related environments through which Bee-Bot can boost learning across a range of subjects. Focus on Bee-Bot software brings the Bee-Bot into the computer by creating a 3-D environment for the virtual Bee-Bot to explore. Focus on Bee-Bot Software
Focus on Bee-Bot software brings the excitement of Bee-Bot into an on-screen virtual three dimensional world. Students use the mouse to "click" on-screen Bee-Bot control buttons, including a GO key that sends Bee-Bot on its way according to the instructions given.
Any of seven virtual worlds can be selected as the Bee-Bot's environment, allowing tie-in to a wide variety of lessons. The on-screen Bee-Bot worlds match the vinyl Bee-Bot mats available for use on the classroom floor offering a strong link between the real and virtual Bee-Bot worlds. Students can use Focus on Bee-Bot to build, save, and print their own Bee-Bot environments.
Focus on Bee-Bot is three dimensional and allows observation from any perspective including the Bee-Bot's own! Using Focus on Bee-Bot boosts students' control, directional language and perception skills.
Focus on Bee-Bot contains a wide variety of lesson activities and challenges that enhance its use in the computer lab as well as with Bee-Bots and mats in the classroom.
