RCX.POLL
Syntax	RCX.POLL
Explanation	The RCX.POLL command asks the RCX robot controller whether it is operational and able to accept commands. Its output is TRUE if the RCX is ready to accept commands; it is FALSE when the channel is not open, the RCX device is turned off or if the RCX is too far away from the infrared transmitter.
